1- Global Roles– Local Opportunities
BSH is represented in nearly 50 countries around the world, from Sweden to South Africa, from China to the USA. In addition to international support programs, we support knowledge transfer among our employees around the world through our network at BSH.
As a global company, we are aware that opportunities such as working in cooperation with various cultures in different fields, feeding with mutual knowledge and assignment abroad are inclusive and we offer business opportunities in different locations.
The Global Graduate Accelerator (GGA) program is an international internship program targeting our project students at BSH. The aim of the program is to support the transformation of BSH by unlocking the potential of young talents. During the 12-month GGA Program, we offer the experience of working together with different cultures by observing the business world, as well as getting to know different departments in Germany and also in other countries.
2- Entire Range of Home Appliance
We want to make consumers smile with the comprehensive product portfolio of our brands, which offers the right product for every request and requirement in the home. Throughout their careers at BSH, our employees can work in departments where they may be responsible for different products, switch between departments and learn about markets and consumers from different brand worlds, so they can take advantage of new development opportunities.
3- We Help Your Development
Our greatest asset is our employees. For this reason, at BSH, we offer various programs and trainings that will contribute to the personal and professional development of our project students, and we accompany this process with mentors and coaches who will guide their journey at BSH.
4- Work Life Balance
The work-life balance of our employees is always important to us. Being aware of the fact that the way to effective business processes passes through this balance, we always put our employees first. We support our employees with our flexible working model called Weflex, where they can plan their workspaces and working hours.
At the same time, we try to encourage our employees to live a healthy life and draw attention to preventing diseases. At our events we call B/Mola we are getting together our employees with experts to discuss about the main topics of well being.
5- We are recommended by our employees and admired by young talents
We get the opinions and feedback of our employees through the employee surveys we carry out every year at all BSH locations. We create actions by evaluating our strengths and areas that are open to development as revealed in the survey results. We are also proud of the result in our most recent employee survey that 85% of our employees said they would recommend BSH as a good employer!
One of the achievements we are proud of this year is the awards we received for our programs for our young talents:
Our Generation BSH talent program was selected as the most admired talent program of the “Durable Consumption” sector in the Top100 Talent Program 2022, where the best talent programs of Turkey are determined.
According to the results of the Youth Awards 2022, which is determined by the votes of young talents, in which the work done in the field of human resources and employer branding is evaluated, we also won the second prize of the “Durable Goods Company Most Wanted to Work for by Young People”.
6- Young Talent Development
Since 2012 Generation BSH is our talent program that brings undergraduate, graduate and post-grads to BSH. With the program, our aim is to show corporate life and experience the departments they want to advance in the future.
One of our most important values at BSH is “Diversity and Inclusion” and we are aware that this value plays a crucial role in our success! In this context, we aim to support equality of opportunity in Turkey, to emphasize the necessity of equal participation in all business fields, and to inspire young women professionals. For this purpose, we launched our WE POWER program, whose target audience is female engineering students, in 2021.
In 2022, we filled 32% of our new graduate positions from our project students with whom we work.
BSH ’deki en önemli değerlerimizden biri “Çeşitlilik ve Kapsayıcılık” ve bu değerimizin başarımız için çok önemli bir rol oynadığının farkındayız! Bu bağlamda Türkiye’de fırsat eşitliğini desteklemeye, tüm iş sahalarında eşit katılımın gerekliliğini vurgulamaya ve genç kadın profesyonellere ilham olmayı hedefliyoruz. Bu amaçla da hedef kitlesinde kadın mühendislik öğrencileri olan WE POWER programımızı 2021 yılında hayata geçirdik.
İşe alım sürecimizde de BSH çalışma kültürünü deneyimleyen, birlikte çalıştığımız proje öğrencilerimizi yeni mezun pozisyonlarımız için aramıza katıyoruz. 2022 yılında yeni mezun pozisyonlarımıza işe alımlarımızı %32’sini birlikte çalıştığımız proje öğrencilerimizden gerçekleştirdik.
