Our Generation BSH talent program was selected as the most admired talent program of the “Durable Consumption” sector in the Top100 Talent Program 2022, where the best talent programs of Turkey are determined.

 

According to the results of the Youth Awards 2022, which is determined by the votes of young talents, in which the work done in the field of human resources and employer branding is evaluated, we also won the second prize of the “Durable Goods Company Most Wanted to Work for by Young People”.

 

6- Young Talent Development

 

Since 2012 Generation BSH is our talent program that brings undergraduate, graduate and post-grads to BSH. With the program, our aim is to show corporate life and experience the departments they want to advance in the future.

 

One of our most important values at BSH is “Diversity and Inclusion” and we are aware that this value plays a crucial role in our success! In this context, we aim to support equality of opportunity in Turkey, to emphasize the necessity of equal participation in all business fields, and to inspire young women professionals. For this purpose, we launched our WE POWER program, whose target audience is female engineering students, in 2021.

 

In 2022, we filled 32% of our new graduate positions from our project students with whom we work.

  • SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITY CLUBS: SOKAK

    The BSH culture highly values “learning from each other”. This development-oriented strategy helps us improve both our professional and social lives, as well as our business performance. In this regard, BSH employees can pursue their passions in all areas owing to the organization known as Social and Cultural Activity Clubs: SOKAK.

     

    Sokak enables BSH employees to take up a new hobby or improve their actual skills. As of 2023, Sokak, where 20 different social clubs operate, unifies more than 1000 colleagues in colorful events.

ATHLETIC CLUBS

  • ATHLETICISM

    The club mainly focusing on running activities, starts the day with running in weekends. Club members, who participated in many marathons throughout the year, successfully represent BSH.

  • BASKETBALL

    While basketball fans operating in İstanbul,İzmir and Çerkezköy locations represent BSH with different marathons, it’s preparing to host an inter-company tournament this year.

  • CYCLING

    The club founded on the purpose of spreading cycling enthusiasm to many colleagues has traditionalistic weekend meetings.

  • MOUNTAINEERING

    The most favorite activity of this club, which is managed under the leadership of expert mountaineers who have been interested in mountaineering for many years, is preparing to go out on the field after the theoretical training.

  • DANCING

    Do you prefer hip hop, salsa or tango if you’re more romantic? Dance enthusiasts who can’t sit still at BSH are regulars at this club.  If you want to learn a new dance, they are still eagerly awaiting your arrival.

  • AVIATION

    Theoretical instruction is provided by BSH members who are professionals in this subject in this club, where most of the attendees are paragliding enthusiasts. Next, those of our employees who have successfully finished their training will begin ground training and be ready to “take off.”

  • MOTORCYCLING

    Our group, known as ‘Riders on the Storm’ welcomes everyone who wants to cruise and take in the city and its surroundings, exactly like our Cycling Club.

  • ORIENTEERING

    There may be a lot you are missing out on if you have never gone on any trips related to this pastime. This organization was started by a group of sports enthusiasts who gathered at BSH SOKAK and sought directions using maps. At this club, those who wish to find their way around and gain experience in the city’s heart and the forest come together to find new paths.

  • PILATES

    If you want to free yourself from the negative impacts of life and look good while relaxing together, join the club. With its regular weekly lessons, Pilates has become one of the most popular clubs in recent years.

  • TENNIS

    This newly established club is getting ready for competitions, notably on the tennis courts of our location in Çerkezköy. The club is seeking new members and hopes to draw tennis players of all skill levels.

  • YOGA

    At these clubs, yoga enthusiasts gather. Every BSH member who wants to safeguard their muscles, control their breathing, and obtain a healthier mind and body continues to develop with the club members who attend regular weekly sessions.

  • SAILING

    After receiving their initial training, sailing lovers who want to experience the most vibrant kind of teamwork gather at this club. The development of the sailing team is aided by the participation of BSH members who have long been experts in this sector.

  • E-SPORTS

    One of the recent era’s most popular teams, esports, won the championship in a competition in this area the previous year. You can learn something new and take part of this online group of incredibly ambitious esports fans.

CULTURE AND ART CLUBS

  • NATURE AND TRAVEL

    This club’s primary goal is to travel extensively and experience new places. It informs all BSH employees about the events it plans. Among the most popular travel locations are Urfa, Mardin, Vine Harvest Tours, Igneada Longoz woods, and trekking routes.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY

    This club brings together those who enjoy discovering the world through their own lens. This organization, which offers instruction at various levels and specialization, is getting ready to go on vacations with a photography theme very soon.

  • SIGN LANGUAGE

    BSH members who want to communicate without barriers improve themselves by learning sign language in this club.

  • MUSIC

    A variety of music ensembles made up of music loving BSH members gather to prepare for concerts within BSH and to perform at several charity concerts. Musicians that desire to advance their skills in new genres are also welcome to enter the bands through their doors.

  • SOKAK TALKS

    Sokak Talks, which welcome experts in their fields on special occasions, arrange heart-to-heart talks that enable all BSH members to bring together new and popular people.

VOLUNTEERING CLUBS

  • BSH VOLUNTEERS

    BSH Volunteers, operating under the titles of Animal, Street-Environment and Aid volunteers, conduct many successful projects that provide social benefit. Volunteering is active in a variety of contexts, including providing for children’s basic needs, working with shelters, and fostering programs for stray animals.
